Followup questions:
Is this the first time that you run GB2 and this error always happens?
What browser are you using?
Do you get any other errors while using other tools such as Assignment2?
Can you please add a screen capture showing the GB2 UI error?

Can you please post more of the tomcat's catalina.out log before and after the error occurred?

Unable to view the student list in Gradebook page.
But the site info shows the student list properly and their Status are active.
Have attached the Catalina.out log file entry that was logged at the time of clicking the Gradebook 2 tool from the left menu.
Please do let me know, if you need more information to locate the source of error.
