Description
Import of template for item with maxpoints > 100 into percent gradebook pops up message that 'one or more uploaded scores cannot be accepted...' in front of the popup that allows you to set the max points value for converting the input scores, and all the scores over 100 are flagged red. If you just close the message and continue to the max points dialogue box and enter the true max points, the scores are converted properly and accepted.
the only problem is that the initial score reject message should not be appearing and will alarm the user.

How about we modify the pop up to say that the assumption during initial inspection of the values was the that max point value was 100?
