When Importing into Gradebook the Structure Only checkbox does not work

Description

While doing an import of Scantron and Clicker data attempted to import the structure only and found that the grades and ID were being imported instead of just the structure.

QA PASS: works as expected. Tested on Firefox and IE; Mac and PC

  • added a valueAttribute to make Firefox happy

  • server check is just for ! null on checkbox value

b sure to check IE

the juststruct checkbox form value is not being passed to the server in FF,
but it is in Chrome... firebug shows an (apparently) empty value

Sorry Jon, but when I import a scantron with scores the scores still come in, even when I check the "Structure Only" box; reopening issue

Seems to work fine in trunk.... it may have been a later commit 78780 for which will be in a9...sorry
