Student View seems to waste space

Description

Student view is rather wasteful of space in general, but I have to ask do we need to show the user email and id?

One would hope that the student already knows their student ID and email address.

Keep in mind that the upper-right quadrant of the student view is empty unless the instructor has enabled the stats charting for students, in which case that quadrant will be populated.
