This work will not be done. The approach for adding more wizard like features to the import process was revised to instead use of cards to add step by step features to the interfaces without having to rewrite the majority of the import feature. We will continue to address more wizard like functionality in this way. This was decided by Kirk Alexander, Thomas Amsler, Jon Gorrono May 2011.
