Testing the Evaluation tool on Sakai 19, the link under the "Response Rate" is placing the user in the incorrect location.  When the link is selected, the user should see a page that is in a table format with 2 columns.  One of which is the student information and the other is Status.  The status field would either be Completed or Not Taken.  

The behavior in Sakai 19 is the link directs the user to the eval notifications template.
