Evaluation scales allow the creator of the scale to choose the ideal answer. After the evaluation has been submitted by evaluators, a report is created by Evalsys showing the mean score for each scale based on what is the ideal answer.
Currently, it always gives a score of 1 for the first selection, 2 for the second, 3 for the third, and so on, even if the first selection is marked as "ideal" during scale creation.
> go to Evaluation System -> My Scales
> create a two new scales; one with Top/Left as ideal selection, and one with Bottom/Right
> create a new evaluation that uses these scales
> assign to a group, submit evaluation with a member of that group
> go to Evaluation System -> Evaluation Dashboard, under the Status column click View Report
Expected outcome: Ideal selection always has a maximum score
Actual outcome: If evaluator answer is Top/Left, it always gets a score of 1, regardless of whether or not it is the Ideal selection
