Compact item text should wrap before it overlaps and pushes the checkbox to the next line.

AZ notes: Steps to reproduce: 1) Login as an admin user 2) Go to My Scales 3) Add a new 7 point scale (Not at all, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, Very), ideal bottom/right 4) Create or edit an existing template 5) Add a rating scale item Text: Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetur adipiscing elit. Vivamus sapien est, sodales at faucibus in, dictum ac libero. Vestibulum ac erat dolor, quis bibendum massa. In id nunc purus. Vestibulum euismod euismod metus non auctor. Vivamus posuere felis quis eros ultrices accumsan. Integer commodo, orci vel cursus convallis, arcu enim pretium enim, mattis auctor magna ante rutrum ipsum. Vestibulum ullamcorper turpis porta nibh posuere id posuere eros iaculis. Sed dictum dictum tellus a aliquet. Display: Compact All other options at defaults 6) Preview the template 7) The compact item will have the choices pushed all the way off the screen to the right by the text (it is not visible unless the screen is set to an extreme width)
Expected: The text will wrap without pushing the choices, indicator, or N/A off the screen
QA: confirm on all browsers and also check other item types for long text to make sure it does not cause rendering issues

Edited
This issue was solved in a local branch of UCT and was never merged to trunk.
Is still happening in trunk and I have tested that the CSS fix works there too, so I'm reopening it and I will do a PR as soon as I can.
EDIT: Old CSS fix improved the issue but didn't solve it at all. I have applied another CSS change that works better, IMHO.

I verified the entire 7pt scale, including all borders, are now visible when using the following browsers when the window is 1024 pixels wide. Mac: Safari, FF, and Chrome Win: IE 9, FF, and Chrome

Still needs to go a bit smaller to fit 1024 screen.
Compact item text should wrap before it overlaps and pushes the checkbox to the next line.
