Provide alternative text for images - Dashboard icons

Description

The Sakai Project or Component this issue was associated with is: DashboardThumbnail images provided next to attachments that have been uploaded in the dashboard do not provide alternative text values. As such, screen reader users have no way of discerning the purpose of the images themselves.

Developers must provide alternative text for all images implemented in the environment. As these images are purely decorative in manner, an alternative attribute value of "" will inform the screen reader that the image is decorative, and skip over it to the next element.

All images should have alt properties and internationalized text, unless decorative, and these are all functional images.

I think in this case, the tool display names would be sufficient.
