View in Site link for Syllabus items redirects to Calendar tool, not Syllabus tool/item

Description

In Dashboard, clicking View in Site link for Syllabus items listed under Upcoming events redirects to Calendar tool instead of Syllabus tool. For Assignments, the View in Site link redirects to the Assignments tool.

To Reproduce:

  1. Create a Syllabus item and show in calendar

  2. In Dashboard, click the item name to show details

  3. Click View in Site
