Assignments with due date hidden from students show due date in student calendar

Description

Assignments with due date hidden from students are listed in the student Dashboard synoptic calendar with Due Date and Accept Until. If the assignment is also added to the calendar, it's listed a third time as a Deadline (if hidden from students, add to calendar should only effect instructor calendar?)

To Reproduce:

  1. As instructor, create an Assignment

  2. Check 'Hide due date from students' and 'Add due date to calendar'

  3. As student, go to Dashboard tool - three entries for the assignment are shown

Fyi, I removed "synoptic" calendar from the title. The synoptic calendar and the Dashboard are two different things.
