Hide the "site" column when not in MyWorkspace

Description

The "site" column is useful when the dashboard is displayed in MyWorkspace because dashboard shows items for all of the user's sites, but it is clutter when dashboard is opened in any other site, since the dashboard in that case shows items only from the current site. It should be hidden in that case.

We may want to consider whether any other changes are desired when in a course or project site, as opposed to MyWorkspace.
