If a user is not the creator of a step in a personal checklist, then a checkbox does not appear, even if the user is the approver for that step
Description
To reproduce- 1. As a student (leaf-level user), share a checklist (say checklistA) to another user (Committee) with a customize role 2. Create steps as student and make Committee as the approver. 3. The committee will not get a checkbox for that step even through the individual is an approver for that step. The logic behind checks whether the checklist is personal, if so a checkbox appears only if the individual is the author of the step. In this case, the author of the step is student and not committee, hence no checkbox appears 4. This also happens, if a step is created by the committee with student as the approver, the student does not get the checkbox.
