Next Meeting
There will be three EXCITING meetings related to the Resources tool and Content Hosting in Amsterdam. We will attempt to enable live participation through the web for each of these meetings. We will update this page with the locations for the face-to-face gatherings in Amsterdam. All of the meetings are open, and anyone interested in learning more about plans for the Resources tool and/or Content Hosting is welcome to attend.
The first two meetings are Sunday afternoon and evening. We hope the other meeting, the Resources WG BOF, will be Tuesday at 1:30 (all times in this message are Amsterdam time, GMT+2, unless a time zone is indicated). But we won't know that for sure until Friday or Saturday. Following are some details about the three meetings.
We have reserved the Sakai001 web conference bridge for each of these meetings (thanks to Indiana University for providing the web bridges). The web bridge enables connections through the web, by phone or with a polycom. Here is the information about connecting to the meetings through Sakai001:
- IP Address: 129.79.6.44
- Telephone: 812-856-7060
- Conference Code: 348
- PIN: 72524
If you don't have a polycom unit available, you can connect to the video conference with a computer. Point a H.323 compatible client at 129.79.6.44 and enter the conference code when prompted.
On MacOSX, XMeeting is a freely available client that works with the Apple cameras (XMeeting download).
Detailed directions for connecting can be found at IU Conference Bridge Directions.
