Collaboration Service

There has been interest in developing a service that can act as a kind of erector set for new discussion/collaboration tools. Some work has already been done along these lines by the FlowTalk project, which was described at the Vancouver conference. (For more detail, see this somewhat less technical PowerPoint presentation and the FlowTalk project wiki.) We'd like to talk about building a coalition to accelerate work on this project.
