A list of ideas for improving the Citation Helper in Phase 3

• If possible, list number of citations instead of number of bytes in the Resources tool size column, especially since what is currently displayed there, "36 bytes", is meaningless for users.
• Use rich text editor for the description field
• On the search results page, change the label on the "Revise Citation List" button back to "Continue".
• Paging through search results should maintain the current scrolling position of the web page.
