We discussed QA.

Issues:

• wording in drop-down action buttons potentially confusing

• concerns over language change in email drop-down

• button was not recognised by user:
  without shading (which we had in mockups), the buttons are just black text among a lot of black text

• button bugs
  "the buttons first overlap and then break in two pieces, often at 1064px"

• Gonzalo working on this currently

Jim is not convinced that there are usability problems; people at Michigan liked the implementation.

Harriet had one positive reaction in Cambridge.

We'll do more usability testing, also QA for meeting tomorrow.

We looked at the Citation Tool. Harriet found a JavaScript bug, which Gaurav will fix for 2.4.

Harriet will approach Gonzalo about css changes.
