A11y Lead

  • Coordinates A11y testing efforts for greatest impact.

  • Organizes A11y testing plans

  • Assists with the creation and updating of VPAT and other documentation required to ensure compliance

Jira Triage Lead

  • Leads Jira Triage.

  • Reviews all new Jiras and requests more information or updated priority level as needed

Security Lead

Sakai Release Management

  • Leads monthly review of security issues.

  • Reviews auto-generated reports about current security issues and creates new JIRA issues as needed.

  • Coordinates development work to resolve currently pressing security issues.

  • Distributes security-related communications, including high-level messages connected with release and detailed messages associated with high profile issues.

  • Conducts regular security tests of Sakai in partnership with third party penetration testing firm(s).

I18n Lead

  • Coordinates new and updated language translations for Sakai

  • Onboards new translators

  • Addresses code issues related to internationalization, such as date and time conventions, etc.

Documentation Lead

  • Recruits and trains documentation team members/editors

  • Reviews and approves edited articles for inclusion in Sakai release

T&L Lead
