OSP 2.4 Requirements
During the month of October 2006, several emails were sent to portfolio@sakai.collab.org requesting that the OSP community share their ideas for what OSP 2.4 should include. Those ideas were gathering into requirements:
In early November 2006, the requirements were used to inform the folks who gathered in Phoenix, Arizona on November 13th and 14th to plan the 2.4 release. See their comments below.
