Joining the DG User Collab Site

The site on "Collab" allows individuals to send / receive email within the End-User Support & Discussion group as well as view the archive of past messages.

To join the DG: USER Collab Site:

  1. Navigate to Collab at: https://collab.sakaiproject.org/portal
  2. If you are already a member of Collab, login at the top right
    1. If you do not have a login - click "New Account" on the left-hand menubar
    2. Enter your information where prompted and click "Create Account"
  3. In your 'My Workspace', click "Membership"
  4. Click "Joinable Sites"
  5. Under the heading for DG: User, click "Join"
    1. At this time, you may join other Sakai groups you also want to send/receive email from (e.g., Teaching & Learning, User Experience, etc.)
  6. You may now either logout or use your tabs to navigate to your newly joined Collab sites.
