This BOF addresses issues particular to smaller schools - small student bodies, limited staff resources, etc. Will share stories of successes (and things that didn't work that well) and work to identify ways in which we can pool resources for collaboration.

- Collaboration is a key for smaller schools
- Important for peers to talk to peers
- Talking to other peer groups requires better self-monitoring - often easy to not really listen.
- Smaller schools can try and fail with tools better because we tend to have more one-to-one relationships.
- How do we contribute back when we are high consumers?
- What do we need from the community?
- What can we give back to the community?
- Small staff = information overload
- How do I do X?
- Matchmaking - hooking the right people up with the right people?
