Proposed Agile Process

This is the proposed agile development process for the CM project:

• Working Days - CM WG team members set their schedules to work on CM stuff the same days of the week as other team members
  • >60% FTE on CM: Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday
  • <60% FTE on CM: Tuesday and Wednesday

• "10 at 10" - have 10 minute IM conferences on working days at 10amPDT/1pmEDT:
  • What you have accomplished since the last meeting
  • What you are working on
  • Any questions you may have (Questions are answered one-on-one only after the 10 at 10 meeting is over.)

• Weekly Meetings - use weekly meetings for:
  • start each iteration cycle with a UI design walk-through and then delineate the tasks and time estimates onto "Story Cards"
  • for checking in on progress and rearranging story cards

This is a process in progress. Agile development is new to most of us, so we will probably change things depending on how they work.
