More work on the training environment captured elsewhere.

Downloaded latest version of the Sakai Training environment. Preliminary analysis indicates that many of these modules can or should be removed, see Sakai Training Environment for details. However, there may be dependencies between these modules, so I'll have to remove them and look for missing dependencies.
