The primary purpose of this
meeting will be to review the current requirements as laid out in the
Wireframes document (attached) that was shown at the first Gradebook Summit meeting.
In addition, Lance now informs me that the Indiana team has backed off
from a few of the requirements in order to meet the deadline. This
is documented in the attached "Deferred" pdf file and has been uploaded to Confluence.
As Lance is attending an OKI meeting this week Daphne Ogle will walk us through the Wireframes.
Everyone is expected to have reviewed these documents prior to the
meeting as there is a lot to cover in the time we have.
- Review requirements via mockup (Is this now what is listed on the 2.5 Release page in Confluence: http://bugs.sakaiproject.org/confluence/display/SG2X/2.5+Release?
- Any need for contributions (coding or otherwise) from other sites?
- Any role for "Luke FERNANDEZ" <LFERNANDEZ@weber.edu> and his group?
Questions I have re: wireframes (others can submit additional ones)
- for third requirement: "Ability to import grades using a downloaded spreadsheet template." Will this match the format of the downloaded GB so users can make changes in Excel and re-import thereby replacing current contents?
- wireframe issues: I cannot tell if there's an ability to edit points for multiple assignments at the same time as you might in Excel..?
