This is the height that fits vertically in my monitor, as set, without scrolling. It once again displays all of the required fields. If vertical spaces between items were compressed a litle, as shown in the 2.1 examples, buttons would fit in either position shown above , without requiring scrolling on a 864 high monitor. Unnecessarily large and even vertical spacing is in any case an obstacle to chunking the form effectively.
