Please do not use the scripts below.  The OSP test scripts have been moved to a public Google Docs spreadsheet, which is available at: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0AldPCURzarLgdDY0TmJxcFV1R3hQaHZyWXRUbUpTRlE&hl=en_US#gid=0. This will allow concurrent editing of each script and easier documentation and tracking of results.

Testing Steps

Note

This script imports a matrix that was exported from a 2.7 site in order to exercise the Indiana University matrix enhancements.

Click Add Participants link at the top of the screen.

The 'Add participants' page is displayed.

In the 'Official Email or Username' textarea, enter the following usernames (one per line, as shown below):

Click the radio button next to 'Assign each participant a role individually'
Click Continue

The 'Choose a Role for Participants' screen is displayed.

For the users 'mdora', 'njarrett', 'zmortimer', use the drop-down to select access
For the user 'cowens', use the drop-down to select maintain
Click Continue

The 'Add participants to Test Project' page is displayed.

Leave the 'Don't send' radio button selected and click Continue

The 'Confirming Add Participant(s)...' page is displayed. The name, id and role of the each person added in the previous step is listed.

Importing a Glossary

Next to File to Upload Click Browse to locate the exported_glossary.zip file that is located on your desktop.

The Resources list page displays the 'exported_glossary.zip' file under 'Items to attach'.

The 'Import Glossary Terms' page re-appears with the name of the zip file populated in the Glossary File textbox.

Click Replace the existing term with the importing term
Click Import

The 'Manager Glossary' list page appears with the new glossary items displayed. In addition, there is a confirmation message at the top of the page The import of terms was successful

Click Edit under beside one of the items to ensure that the descriptions imported correctly.Make a change to the description and click Save Changes.

The 'Revise Edit Glossary Term' page appears and all information is filled in correctly.

Importing Forms

Next to File to Upload, click Browse to locate the exported_reflection_form.zip file that is located on your desktop.

The 'File to Upload' and 'Display Name' fields are populate with the file information.

The user's file appears on the 'Add Attachment' screen under 'Items to attach'.

The 'Import Form' page re-appears with the name of the zip file populated in the Import File textbox.

The 'Manage Forms' list page appears with the imported form item displayed.

Click Edit under one of the items to ensure that the form imported correctly.

The 'Edit Form' page appears with the name of the form and its Instructions displayed.

Place a check in the checkbox next to make this form hidden

This will prevent users from adding the form through the Resources area.

Click Save Changes

The 'Manage Forms' page redisplays

Click Publish underneath 'Reflection' form

Confirmation page appears.

Form is now published, and 'Publish' link no longer appears.

Repeat steps 3 - 14 to import the evaluation and comments forms.

Click Import again and select the exported_glossary.zip from Resources. Make sure Replace the existing term with the importing term is selected.
Click Import

The glossary items should have overwritten the previous glossary terms. Verify that the description you modified has been overwritten.

Importing a Matrix

Adding Default Reviewers and Evaluators for all matrix cells
