- students will see an option (similar to mail tool) allowing them to pick an instructor / instructors to receive an automatic mail
- selecting the 'email instructor' checkbox will reveal the box which allows them to pick who gets the email - for clarity / consistency, they can't change the text of that mail at the moment
- instructors see a box they can check that will send a mail to the student who owns the drop box
