Tests and Quizzes (aka SAMigo) will be among the first Sakai tools to have an independent release. Although this next release, SAMigo 2.7 will share a version number with Sakai 2.7, it will come out before Sakai 2.7 and therefore be tested with the Sakai 2.6 release. In this way, SAMigo development will not delay other necessary changes in Sakai, and vice versa. Over time, the versioning of SAMigo and Sakai will continue to diverge.
