When duplicating site in sakai a NPE for ImportExportUtilityImpl is generated.

editing grade scale does not immediately reflect in spreadsheet's course grade, like in prod, but need to reset gb or leave site and return to gb

Extra Credit does not take effect in Categories GB when the only graded score is a zero

Can create an XCr category with Drop Lowest w/out any warnigns that XCr does not allow drop lowest; also no "lowest" dropped in category even though the -1 appears in the tree frame

If changing a Category w/ drop lowest (@ least 1 drop set) to Extra Credit, drop lowest remains in the tree even though the Drop Lowest entry field disappears from the Edit Category frame after extra credit is checked
