There are not restrictions to assign delivery dates...That's correct??

In Settings for a assesment I see that:
I can type or select a due date early than the open date, there are no restrictions at delivery dates. I think that is not a good idea, and I think we need study create restriction that show errors for this cases:
Due Date early than Available Date -> Error!! the Due Date don't be early than Avalible Date Retract Date early than Available Date -> Error!! the Retract Date don't be early than Available Date Retract Date early than Due Date -> Error!! the Retract Date don't be early than Due Date
The fix introduces some UI and flow changes. It should be treat as a feature instead of a bug. So I don't think we should merge this fix into 2.7.x. Please let me know what you think. Thanks.

did a test merge to 2.7 and got a build failure:

Confirmed fixed on qa1-nl, 2.8.0b04. Only works with Save Settings & Publish (as per the specification)
