Site Archive > Import does not give a success message and fail message doesn't make sense

When using the admin option to import an archive file, if it was successful, the page just reloads and the text fields are cleared. There is no success message.

If there is a failure, a message similar to the one below displays:

Alert: import from file break-test-archive to site 0c061e36-fa29-4edd-9123-525d2651a5fa complete.
file: break-test-archive not found.

Instead of stating the import is complete, it should state the import failed, especially since the next line notes the archive file was not found.
