  • Basic functionality in tool
  • Does Resource Viewer respects sort order established in Resources tool?
  • Does Resource viewer respect hiding and release dates as set in the Resources tool?
  • Does Resource Viewer respect group access?
  • Does Resource Viewer respect access restrictions (hidden/scheduled release/scheduled retraction)?
  • Do changes in config appear right away?
  • Any performance issues under load?
  • Does Resource Viewer create a collection for the site if the Resource tool is not enabled? Can it function without a Resource tool in the site?
  • Are all strings translated?
