FAQ is a Struts tool running in UNISA's Sakai deployment, myUnisa. The FAQ tool allows lecturers to post and manage frequently asked questions and answers, organized by categories. The tool is available to both course and project sites. It is mostly used by course sites with large numbers of students, or where a practical component is included in the course material. The tool is being used by 52 of the 2007 course sites.
