As you can see, Amsterdam is a Multi-cultural city, and most types of cuisine are represented when it comes to dinner. Lunch in the Netherlands is usually far less elaborate, but the available range of hot and cold bread rolls and other types of snacks (Dutch, Indonesian, Surinamese, Vietnamese) is something we tend to miss when we 're abroad...
