Session Abstract

Implementing and driving adoption of a large application on campus takes coordination, effort, and most importantly consensus by the key stakeholders. In this session, Unicon will help you plan for your success by walking through key topics and decisions that need to be made prior to beginning your Sakai Implementation. Institutions that are considering piloting Sakai on campus or are currently piloting Sakai and ready to move into production can benefit from this interactive and dynamic working session.
