• Javascript libraries in use that "popup": qtip2 http://qtip2.com/, jqueryui-dialog http://jqueryui.com/dialog/, fluid? + cluetip (http://plugins.learningjquery.com/cluetip/)

• Need a best practice for these when using them since they often aren't accessible "by default" (May need focus, alt text, keyboard functionality, etc) - Matt C to start and bring back to group

Need a solution and a model for accessible pop-ups - willing to keep searchn' just asking, but given Fluid and jQuery both have ARIA role info  role="alertdialog" aria-describedby="dialog-desc" I'm seeking perspectives before I make a recommendation.

Any other lists of the accessibility requirements in certain jurisdictions better than this one?
