Each testing protocol has it's own reporting template. The Sakai 2.8 Accessibility Evaluation Protocol -- Firefox Toolbars Version protocol uses the Sakai 2.8 Firefox Toolbars Reporting Template.doc. The Sakai 2.8 Accessibility Testing Protocol Using JAWS Screen Reader Protocol uses the Sakai 2.8 Accessibility Test using AT Reporting Template.doc template.
