Goals

• We have one issue which is resolved and could be targeted for Sakai 10.3 , AFAICT [1].
  There are a total of 7 issues which look fixed and just need verification [2], not sure if any of these should be targeted for 10.3 as low hanging fruit.
  And then a review of open and awaiting review issues to make sure that they are prioritized properly and assigned as necessary [3].
