1

Click Portfolio or Design & Publish --> Portfolios (if a Portfolio-type site) button.

A list of user's portfolios is displayed in Portfolio Manager.

2

Click Download link underneath the name of the portfolio to export.

A dialog box appears which asks the user whether to open or save the file.

3

Click Save

The 'Save As' dialog box appears.

4

Navigate to your desktop
Name the file mora_portfolio.zip
Click Save

The file mora_portfolio.zip is saved to the desktop

5

Double-click the mora_portfolio.zip file that was saved to the desktop, and extract the files to a new folder on your desktop called 'mora_portfolio'.

Decompression software will expand the file structure from the .zip file, and extract the files into the 'mora_portfolio' folder.

6

Log out of OSP.

User should be logged out of the system, and should now only be able to view the portfolio that was downloaded to computer.

7

Unplug your network cable and disable wireless internet (Note: Be sure to close all open documents before performing this step)

User is no longer able to connect to network. This ensures that all the files are locally contained on the user's computer.

8

Go to the 'mora_portfolio' folder and navigate through the downloaded portfolio by double-clicking the myPresentation.html file.

All HTML, links, and images should render properly with no broken links, and any files that are not directly rendered in HTML are included in the download.
