Models for Project Teams

Session Abstract

As more volunteers get involved in Sakai the structure of Project Teams are evolving. This panel will present several recent examples of how project teams have expanded their membership and adjusted their structure. Discussion will follow on the success and merits of these changes and of general best practices for project teams.
