A part of the Metasearch Infrastructure Project is the "CDL MetaLib Access through XML (MAX)" project. The purpose of the MAX project is to provide a standardized method of accessing ExLibris's MetaLib metasearching product using the MetaLib X-Server. MAX is being designed to plug into the CDL Common Framework.
