Sakai Project Management Committees (SPMC) exist to oversee the design and development of core Sakai top-level projects. More specifically, SPMCs provide overall project leadership, decision-making, review and team coordination and collaboration. SPMCs are established formally by the Sakai Executive Director and can be dissolved by the Executive Director subject to Sakai Foundation Board oversight.
