Technical improvements
- Preliminary support (as part of a longer-term transition through 2.6) for the integration of JSR-170 repos, riding beneath CHSBug fixes
- Rewritten underlying Storage of entities to reduce memory usage and cpu load.
- Some database refactoring to eliminate bottlenecks in the underlying chs.
