Where We Are
- Since our last meeting, we have organized our Interviewer Group and Data Analysis Group using Google Groups.
- An Interviewee Recruitment Plan with details on who we want to interview and how we want to coordinate in recruiting them has been developed.
- An Interview Protocol outlining the procedure and methods for conducting user interviews has been developed.
- The Interview Protocol contains best practices for interviewing & note-taking, procedures for preparing and sharing notes with the Data Analysis Group, a consent form for interviewees to understand and sign, and an interview script with an introduction to the project, questions, topics and observation guidelines to be used in an interview.
Meeting Goals
- Understand where partner institutions are in their process of interviewing users
- Address and discuss any outstanding issues
- Modify our overall schedule accordingly
