Log in as Participant2 and click Portfolios, click on the Portfolios Being Shared with Me

Click on Portfolio Copy 1.

The portfolio site loads. Verify that you are able to access all pages.

At the bottom of the pages is a section for Comments. Enter three comments, each time selecting a different option for Make this comment visible to: Only Me, The Owner and I, Everyone. Click Submit

Verify that you are able to see all three comments you made and that you have the option to Delete, make private, and make public beside each comment. Close the window.

Beside the Portfolio Copy 1, select Edit from the Action drop-down list.

Summary page displays.

Click Add/Edit Content and make a change on page one. Click Save Changes twice. Click Preview the Portfolio.

Verify that the changes you made are there.

Click the Reset icon.

Log in as Participant1 (owner of the portfolio) and click on Portfolio Copy 1.

Verify that you are only able to view the comments from Participant2 that were made with The Owner and I and Everyone selected. Verify you are also able to view the changes made to the portfolio by Participant2.

Beside the comment that was made for Owner and I, the option is there to make public. Beside the comment made for everyone, the option is there to make shared. Click each of the options.

Verify the Public comment now has a make shared option and the Shared Comment now has a make public option.

Participant3 Views Comments and Collaboration

Portfolio Copy 2 - Sharing by email address

Currently, this is not working as expected. The email user only has access to My Workspace. The email user can access the portfolio using the URL for the portfolio, but it is not being emailed in the notification.
