There are three general aspects:
- Change of behavior of portfolio tools in MyWorkspace - the ability to use tools without CIG membership and to publish to multiple CIGs to which you have access.
- Activity log that shows what's happened that I have access to, viewable in different ways, and lets me get to it quickly (Dashboard is a possible UI to this tool)
- Changes to wizards to visually indicate activity and status

- should this be a new contrib tool or osp-specific tool?
- eventually allow events beyond just osp?
- categorized / uncategorized views (allow display of single category in a dashboard-like layout)
