Release candidate testing is to check for any regressions that may have been introduced by the 169 improvements (mostly bug fixes) that were applied for the 11.3 release. The main area to test is Samigo Test and Quizzes, which had 30 improvements, twice as much as the next highest tool or area. The Wiki and Forums tool would be next in line for attention. Plus general testing on the user interface for accessibility, portal, and user interface.
The testing instructions are on a Google sheet.
Please go to the usual place, nightly2.sakaiproject.org and look for the server "Sakai 11.3 on MySql" . If you had data on the Sakai 11.2 server, this is the same server, but updated with 11.3, so your existing QA test data is probably still there.
