Release Version 0.7

This version includes the added ability for users to view ratings for items they have submitted. The reporting was rewritten to provide greater flexibility and ease of use, as well as to add the ability to download reports as excel spreadsheets. In addition, a new permission has been added for association of contexts, which was formerly limited to administrative users.
