tbdRSF (http://www2.caret.cam.ac.uk/rsfwiki/Wiki.jsp?page=Roadmap) includes support for an internationalized date/time widget. Unfortunately, most of Sakai tools use Velocity or JSF. We need to implement this date/time widget for both Velocity and JSF.
